Tokenization Software Development for Dubai and the UAE
Tokenization means representing something, such as a share, an invoice or a stake in an asset, as a digital token with rules attached. Dubai has been active on this topic, and many founders ask what it takes to build the software.
We write that software, remotely from Chittorgarh, India. We have no UAE office. We do not structure the offering, give legal advice or obtain licences. Those belong to you and your UAE legal adviser.
Our main page for this service: Blockchain Development.
What the software includes
A tokenization project is more than a token contract:
- The token contract, with rules on who may hold it and when it may move
- An investor or holder register that matches what is on the blockchain
- Onboarding screens that collect the information your compliance process needs
- An admin area for your team to approve, pause or report
- Statements and exports for your accountant
Regulation comes first
Virtual assets are regulated in the UAE. In Dubai, the regulator is VARA, and the DIFC and ADGM free zones have their own regimes. Whether your token counts as a regulated product depends on what it represents and who can buy it.
For anything that offers tokens to other people, we ask to see your approvals before we start work. If you do not have them yet, we can help you write down what the software must do so your adviser can assess it.
What we do not do
We do not hold customer money, run an exchange or market the tokens. We do not decide whether an asset can be tokenized. We build software to the rules your approved plan describes.
How we work and what you receive
We write the rules in plain words first and you approve them before we write code. We test every rule on a test network, including what happens when the wrong person tries an action. For a contract that holds real value, we recommend an independent audit by a specialist firm.
You receive the full source code, and for 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Can you tokenize our property or company shares?
We build the software. Whether the asset can be tokenized, and under what licence, is for your UAE legal adviser and the regulator. We will not start a regulated project without seeing the approvals.
Do you run the platform after launch?
We hand over the source code and fix problems for 30 days. Running a platform that holds investor records and funds is a larger responsibility, and we say plainly what we can and cannot take on before you commit.
Which blockchain would we use?
We explain our recommendation and the trade-offs before writing code. If you need a platform we have not used, we tell you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the rules, the screens and what it connects to. We quote in writing after a call.
Tell us what the token represents
Describe the asset, who may hold it and what approvals you have. Call +91-86194 70448 or email contact@gtsltd.in. The UAE is 90 minutes behind India, so most of your working day overlaps with ours.
