Blockchain Certificate Verification for Organisations in Dubai and the UAE
Training academies, schools, event organisers and licensing bodies all issue certificates, and fake ones are an old problem. A verification system lets anyone check a certificate in seconds, without phoning the issuer.
We build it remotely from Chittorgarh, India, for organisations in the UAE. We have no UAE office. The demo below shows why a changed record is easy to spot.
Our main page for this service: Blockchain Development.
How it works
When you issue a certificate, the system creates a short fingerprint of it, called a hash, and records that fingerprint on a blockchain with the date. To verify, someone uploads the certificate or scans its code. The system recalculates the fingerprint and compares it with the one on the chain.
If one letter on the certificate was changed, the fingerprints will not match. That is the same idea as the demo below.
Try it: a live blockchain in your browser
Each block holds some data, the fingerprint (hash) of the block before it, and its own hash. Change the text in any block below and watch what happens to the blocks after it. This runs on your device only. Nothing is sent anywhere, and it is a teaching demo, not a real network.
Mining means finding a nonce that makes the hash start with three zeros. It is the "work" in proof of work.
What we build
A complete system, not only the chain part:
- An issuing screen for your staff, one at a time or from a spreadsheet
- A PDF with a QR code that links to the verification page
- A public verification page that works on a phone
- Revoking a certificate with a visible reason, such as a correction
- A list of everything issued, for your own records
Personal data stays off the chain
A blockchain cannot easily erase what it records, so we put only the fingerprint on it and keep names and details in your own database. That way you can delete personal data if you must.
The UAE has a federal data protection law, and the DIFC and ADGM have their own. We do not give legal advice, so ask your adviser what applies.
What it does not do
It proves a certificate is the one you issued, unchanged. It does not prove the person deserved it. Whether employers or authorities accept a blockchain check is up to them, and we do not claim official recognition.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Does a blockchain certificate replace an official attestation?
No. It gives anyone a quick way to check that your certificate is genuine. It has no official status unless a body that matters to you chooses to accept it.
Can we issue hundreds at once?
Yes. The system can issue from a spreadsheet and create the PDFs in one run.
What if we need to correct a certificate?
You revoke the old one with a reason and issue a new one. The history stays visible, which is what makes the record trustworthy.
How much does it cost?
It depends on volume and design. We quote in writing after a short call.
