When you interact with Global Technology Solutions through our website (gtsltd.in), customer portals, RFP submissions, or direct email correspondence (careers@gtsltd.in, contact@gtsltd.in), we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us: • Contact Information: Full name, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, and geographical location. • Job Application Data: Resumes/CVs (PDF/DOCX), portfolios, LinkedIn URLs, employment history, and work availability. • Project & Technical Data: Scope documents, system architectural specs, data sample files for AI annotation, and penetration testing authorization credentials. • Technical Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system version, referring URLs, and device telemetry to ensure website security and DDoS mitigation.

We collect and process your information exclusively for legitimate business and commercial purposes: • To deliver bespoke software, cloud hosting, cybersecurity audits, and AI data annotation services. • To process and evaluate job applications submitted to our careers portal with direct candidate communication. • To generate customized Requests for Proposal (RFPs), project scopes, and engineering cost estimates. • To verify authorization before conducting Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments (VAPT). • To comply with legal obligations, dispute resolutions, and contractual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or commercial data with third-party advertising networks.

Global Technology Solutions enforces rigorous physical and cryptographic defenses: • Transport Security: All web traffic and client portal communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption. • Data at Rest: Client source code, database backups, and AI annotation datasets are stored on isolated NVMe drives with AES-256 encryption. • Isolated Annotation Workstations: Proprietary client datasets used for machine learning annotation are processed on isolated virtual environments with disabled external USB media and restricted clipboards. • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Only authorized engineers assigned to your project have verified credentials to access relevant repositories.

We retain client project data only for the duration specified in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) plus the mandatory 30-day post-launch hyper-care period. Upon project completion and written request, Global Technology Solutions will permanently purge all non-essential client data and issue a formal Certificate of Destruction.
