By accessing the Global Technology Solutions website (gtsltd.in), engaging our software engineering services, licensing the Zavik SaaS platform, or submitting job applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all associated Statements of Work (SOWs). If you represent an entity, you warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind said entity.

Global Technology Solutions provides technology services including but not limited to: Custom Software Engineering, Zavik SaaS, Cybersecurity VAPT, Website Engineering, Cloud Hosting, SEO, Web/API Testing, and AI Data Annotation. Each client engagement is governed by a dedicated Statement of Work defining milestones, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and timelines.

• Custom Software Engineering: Upon full milestone payment, 100% of all custom source code, documentation, UI assets, and database schemas created specifically for the client are assigned to the client with full copyright ownership. • Zavik SaaS Platform: Zavik, its core engine, multi-tenant modules, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Global Technology Solutions. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for the duration of their paid subscription. • Client Datasets: All raw training data, sensor logs, images, and audio provided by the client for AI annotation remain the exclusive property of the client.

Clients engaging Global Technology Solutions for Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) explicitly authorize Global Technology Solutions security engineers to perform simulated adversarial attacks against the designated domains, IP ranges, and web endpoints. The client warrants that it is the legal owner or authorized licensee of the target systems.

Global Technology Solutions provides its services with professional engineering diligence aligned with ISO and OWASP industry standards. Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, Global Technology Solutions' total cumulative liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the specific SOW in the preceding three (3) months.
