Real Estate Blockchain Software for Property Businesses in Dubai
Property is a big part of Dubai's economy, and blockchain ideas come up often: shared records, staged payments and fractional ownership. Some of these are sensible and some are not.
We build software remotely from Chittorgarh, India. We have no UAE office and no property-sector projects on record, so you would explain your process to us and we would build to it.
Our main page for this service: Blockchain Development.
Ideas we can scope
Starting with the simpler ones:
- A shared record of a property's documents and who approved them
- Staged payments to a contractor, released as milestones are confirmed
- Rent and deposit tracking with a clear history
- Software for fractional ownership of a property, under rules you and your adviser agree
- A web portal where owners, tenants and agents see their own records
Who regulates what
Property transactions in Dubai are regulated by the Dubai Land Department, and tokenized ownership also touches the virtual assets regulator, VARA. The rules change, and we are not lawyers.
We write the software to the plan you and your adviser approve. We do not obtain licences, hold funds or decide whether a structure is allowed.
Where blockchain is the wrong tool
A land register is run by an authority, and your system cannot replace it. A blockchain record you create beside it is only a convenience unless the authority accepts it. We say that clearly, because it affects whether the project is worth doing.
How a project runs
We write the rules in plain words, build in small steps, test on a test network and show progress weekly. You receive the full source code, and we fix problems for 30 days after launch at no charge.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Can you build a fractional ownership platform?
We can build the software side once the legal structure and approvals are settled. We do not run the platform, hold investor money or obtain licences.
Will the Dubai Land Department accept a blockchain record?
That is for the authority to say. We do not claim any official recognition for a system we build.
Do you have property-sector clients?
We have none on record, and we say so. We do the work by learning your process and testing the result with your own examples.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope. We quote in writing after a call.
Describe the process you want to improve
Tell us the steps and who is involved. Call +91-86194 70448 or email contact@gtsltd.in. The UAE is 90 minutes behind India, so most of your working day overlaps with ours.
