Wallets and fees
Customers do not want to learn about crypto to collect points. We can hold the wallets on their behalf inside your app, so they sign in with a phone number or email and never see the technology.
The trade-off is that you then control the wallets, which brings its own responsibility. We explain both routes, and the small network fees on each, before you choose.
Rules to check first
A token that can be sold or exchanged for money may be treated as a virtual asset in the UAE, and in Dubai VARA is the regulator. A points scheme that cannot be traded is usually different, but that is for your adviser to confirm, not us.

How a project runs
We write the points rules in plain words, build the contract and the customer app, and test on a test network first. You receive the full source code, and for 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge.

Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do my customers need a crypto wallet?
Not necessarily. We can build it so that wallets are created and held for them inside your app.
Can points be used at partner businesses?
Yes, that is one of the strengths of a shared record. It needs agreement between the partners on the rules.
Would a normal points system be cheaper?
Often, yes. If one business runs everything and points never leave it, a database does the job for less. We will say so.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the rules, the apps and the number of partners. We quote in writing after a call.
