Rules that enforce themselves

Smart Contract Development for Projects in Dubai and the UAE

A smart contract is a small program on a blockchain that holds money or records and follows rules nobody can bend afterwards. Once it is deployed it cannot be quietly edited, so the real work is getting the rules right before that day.

We write and test smart contracts remotely from Chittorgarh, India, for projects in the UAE. We have no UAE office. The demo below runs the rules of a simple escrow, so you can see how it behaves.

Our main page for this service: Blockchain Development.

What we write

Common contracts we build:

  • Escrow and milestone payments, released only when the agreed step is done
  • Token contracts for loyalty points, memberships or certificates
  • Approvals that need more than one signer
  • Revenue splits that pay each party automatically

Try it: the rules of an escrow contract

A buyer and a seller agree on ₹50,000 for some work. The contract holds the money and follows fixed rules. Pick who you are, then try each step in any order and see what the contract allows. This is a simulation that runs in your browser. A real contract runs on a blockchain and enforces the same rules.

What the contract did
  • Nothing yet. Try “Deposit” as the buyer, then try “Release payment” as a stranger.

Rules and regulation in the UAE

Dubai has a regulator for virtual assets, VARA, and the DIFC and ADGM free zones have their own rules. Whether your project needs a licence or approval is a legal question for your adviser. We write the software. We do not give legal advice and we do not obtain licences.

Tell us early if your project involves holding customer funds or issuing tokens to the public. It changes what we build and what you must sort out first.

How we make them safe

We write the rules in plain words and you approve them before we write code. Then we test every rule, including what happens when the wrong person tries an action. We deploy to a test network before the real one.

For a contract that will hold significant value, we recommend an independent audit by a specialist firm, and we will tell you when that applies.

What a smart contract cannot do

It cannot read the outside world by itself, so it needs a trusted data feed to know a delivery arrived. It cannot be fixed after deployment unless it was designed to be upgradeable. Users usually pay a small network fee per action.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Dubai?

No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.

Which language do you use?

Solidity, for Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains. If your project needs another platform, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can take it on.

Do you help us get a VARA licence?

No. Licensing is a legal and regulatory process for you and your adviser. We build the software that your approved plan describes.

Can a deployed contract be changed?

Not normally, which is why we test carefully first. An upgradeable design is possible when there is a clear reason.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many rules the contract has and what it connects to. We quote in writing after a call.

Tell us the rules you want enforced

Write down who pays whom and when, in plain words. Call +91-86194 70448 or email contact@gtsltd.in. The UAE is 90 minutes behind India, so most of your working day overlaps with ours.
