Android first, and the iPhone question
Android is what we build. In Japan the iPhone has a very large share of the market, so this matters to you. Tell us at the start if you need iPhone users covered, and we will say plainly whether we can take that on.
You should not find out halfway through a project that much of your audience cannot install it.
When a mobile web app is enough
A good web app opens in the phone browser, can sit on the home screen and works on Android and iPhone alike. There is nothing to approve in an app store, and one build serves everyone.
For bookings, orders, a customer login or a staff tool, this is often the better first step. We will tell you honestly when an app is not needed.
LINE and local services
LINE is the main messaging app in Japan, and many businesses reach customers through it. If you need LINE login, messages or a mini app, tell us. We say plainly whether we have worked with it before, and how we would check it works.
The same goes for payment services used in Japan. Name the one you have in mind before we quote.
How a project runs
We start with a call about who will use the app and what they do with it. You review an interactive prototype before we build, we show progress every week, and we fix problems for 30 days after launch at no charge. You receive the full source code. Japanese screen text should come from a native speaker, and we build the screens to carry it.

Do you have an office in Japan?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in Japan. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do you build iPhone apps?
We build Android apps. If you need iPhone too, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether we can take it on, or whether a mobile web app would serve you better.
Do we need an app, or is a website enough?
Often a mobile-friendly web app is enough, and it is cheaper to start with. We tell you if we think an app is not worth building yet.
Can the app be in Japanese?
The screens can be built to carry Japanese text. The wording should come from a native speaker, because we do not write or translate Japanese.
