What we test
We cover the things that lose customers:
- The main journeys, such as enquiry, sign-up and checkout, from start to finish
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on laptop and phone sizes
- Forms that accept Indian phone numbers, PIN codes and GST numbers
- Pages in Hindi or another Indian script, checked for broken fonts and layout
- Basic accessibility, such as keyboard use and readable contrast
Payments are tested in the sandbox only
UPI, card and net banking flows are tested in the payment gateway's sandbox. We never run real payments. We check that success, failure and cancelled payments each leave the order in the right state.
What you receive
A bug list with the steps to reproduce each issue, a screen recording where it helps and a note on how serious each one is. If you buy automated tests, written with tools such as Playwright or Cypress, you get the test code too.
A limit to know
Testing shows bugs. It cannot prove there are none. We say clearly what we covered and what we did not, so you know where the risk remains. We can check how Hindi text displays, but judging the wording needs a native speaker.

We test on phone-sized screens and common browsers. Tell us which devices your customers use most, and we will plan around that.
