What we test
We cover the things that lose customers:
- The main journeys, such as enquiry, sign-up and checkout, from start to finish
- Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on laptop and phone sizes
- Forms that accept US phone numbers, states and ZIP codes
- Checkout with tax and shipping shown correctly, tested in the payment provider's sandbox only
- Basic accessibility, such as keyboard use, form labels and readable contrast

What you receive
A bug list with the steps to reproduce each issue, a screen recording where it helps and a note on how serious each one is. If you buy automated tests, written with tools such as Playwright or Cypress, you get the test code too.
A limit to know
Testing shows bugs. It cannot prove there are none. We say clearly what we covered and what we did not, so you know where the risk remains.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in the US?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in the US. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Can you test a site you did not build?
Yes. You give us access to a test version and a description of what it should do.
Can you check that we meet accessibility law?
We check basics such as keyboard use, labels and contrast. That is not a legal accessibility audit, and it cannot tell you whether you meet a legal requirement. Ask your adviser what applies.
Do you test on real phones?
We test on phone-sized screens and common browsers. Tell us which devices your customers use most, and we will plan around that.
How much does testing cost?
It depends on the number of pages and journeys. We quote in writing after a short call.
