A scheduled job can run overnight and have the report ready when your day starts. If it fails, it emails you, and we look at it in our working day. Tell us how quickly you need a fix, and we say plainly what we can do across the time difference.
What it will not do
Automation follows rules you can write down. If the decision needs judgement that changes every time, a person should still make it, with the boring part done for them.

Do you have an office in the US?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in the US. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
What do you need to start?
A sample of the files or screens involved and a description of the steps a person follows. That is enough to tell you whether it is worth automating.
Who owns the scripts?
You do. You receive the code and a short guide to running it.
How much does it cost?
A single task is at the low end of our range, and the figure grows with the number of systems involved. We quote in writing after seeing a sample.
