Where UAE rules change the build
Software for a UAE company often has to handle things an off-the-shelf product was not designed for. Examples are salary files in the Wage Protection System (WPS) format, end-of-service gratuity and 5% VAT on invoices.
Do not assume Zavik or any ready-made tool covers UAE payroll and tax rules. Ask us, and we will check before we say yes. If it needs custom work, we will say so and scope it with you.
Where your data lives
The UAE has a federal data protection law, and the DIFC and ADGM free zones have their own. We do not give legal advice, so ask your adviser what applies to you.
Tell us before we choose hosting if your rules say where data may be stored or sent. It is far easier to plan for it at the start than to move a live system later.
How we work across the border
We scope the work in writing, show you progress every week and test before anything goes live. You receive the full source code, and for 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge.

Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Can we use Zavik as it is?
Zavik works as a hosted service with one login for HR, sales, finance, inventory and purchasing. Whether it fits your UAE payroll and tax needs is something we check with you first, not something we assume.
Who owns the software you build for us?
For custom projects you do. Source code ownership is part of what we deliver. Zavik is different: it is our own product, used as a hosted service.
Can the new system connect to our accounting software?
Connections to other tools, such as accounting or a CRM, are something we scope per project. Tell us what you use today and we will say what is realistic.
How much does custom software cost?
