Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over calls, screen sharing and WhatsApp. We have no staff in the UAE. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce, or custom?
Tell us the size of the catalogue and the features you need. We say honestly whether a ready platform or a custom build is the better value for you, and we do not push the more expensive one.
Can the store take orders in Arabic?
Yes, if you want it, but plan for it from the start. The layout changes, and the product text needs a proper translator. We tell you plainly what we can take on.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
We can build that in. It also means returns and unpaid orders, so we set up order statuses that let your team follow each parcel.
