Android first, and the iPhone question
Android is what we build, and it is widely used in Germany. Many people there use iPhones too. Tell us at the start if you need iPhone users covered, and we will say plainly whether we can take that on.
You should not find out halfway through a project that part of your audience cannot install it.
When a mobile web app is enough
A good web app opens in the phone browser, can sit on the home screen and works on Android and iPhone alike. There is nothing to approve in an app store, and one build serves everyone.
For bookings, orders, a customer login or a staff tool, this is often the better first step. We will tell you honestly when an app is not needed.
Privacy inside the app
In the EU, an app has to be clear about what it does with personal data. Tools from other companies inside an app, such as analytics or advertising kits, can send data out without the user noticing. We list every one we add and ask you before adding any that collects personal data.
The app stores also ask for a privacy policy and a description of the data collected. We help you fill in the forms accurately. The policy wording itself should come from your lawyer.
How a project runs
We start with a call about who will use the app and what they do with it. You review an interactive prototype before we build, we show progress every week, and we fix problems for 30 days after launch at no charge. You receive the full source code.

Do you have an office in Germany?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in Germany. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do you build iPhone apps?
We build Android apps. If you need iPhone too, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether we can take it on, or whether a mobile web app would serve you better.
Do we need an app, or is a website enough?
Often a mobile-friendly web app is enough, and it is cheaper to start with. We tell you if we think an app is not worth building yet.
Can the app be in German?
The screens can be built to carry German text. The wording should come from a German speaker, because we do not write or translate German.
