What a German store usually needs
We go through this list with you before quoting. The legal texts come from your lawyer, and we build the places they go.

Payments
Which payment services you can use depends on your provider and your approval. We connect the ones you are approved for and test them in their sandbox before any real money moves.
Tell us which providers you have in mind, such as PayPal, Klarna or a bank direct debit. If we have not used one before, we will say so and tell you how we would check it works.
Returns and the back office
Customers in the EU generally have a right to withdraw from an online purchase, so returns are a normal part of the work. We set up order statuses, return requests and refunds so your team can follow each parcel.
Stock and order data can connect to your accounting tool if it offers an interface or an export. We check that first and say so before you commit.
After launch
You receive the full source code. For 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge. Search visibility is a separate service, and nobody can honestly promise a position on Google.

Do you have an office in Germany?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in Germany. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce, or custom?
Tell us the size of the catalogue and the features you need. We say honestly whether a ready platform or a custom build is the better value for you, and we do not push the more expensive one.
Can you write the legal pages?
No. The wording for the Impressum, terms, privacy statement and withdrawal pages should come from your lawyer. We build the pages and put them where customers expect them.
Can the store be in German?
The store can be built to carry German text. The wording, including product descriptions, should come from a German speaker, because we do not write or translate German.
