What moves, and what to ask about
We move email and contacts from your current host. If you also need calendars or files moved, ask us at the start, and we say plainly what we can cover.
- Each person's mailbox, with the folders as they are today

- Aliases and shared addresses such as info@ or sales@, recreated in Google Workspace
How the switch happens
First we create the accounts and copy the old mail across while your old email keeps working. Then comes the switch: your domain's mail records are changed so new mail arrives in Google Workspace. We choose a quiet time for this.
The old mailboxes stay until you confirm everything arrived. After the switch we run a final copy to catch mail that arrived in between.
What we need from you
Gather these before you start:
- Access to your domain's DNS settings, or the person who has it
- The list of mailboxes, with roughly how large each one is
- Where the email lives today: Outlook, Zoho, your hosting panel or something else
- One person who will be the admin of the new account
After the move
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which help your messages reach the inbox instead of spam. We also set up mail on phones and laptops, with guides for Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail.
Frequently asked questions
Will we lose any email?
Not if it is done in the right order. We copy the old mail first, switch the records at a quiet time and keep the old mailboxes until you confirm that everything arrived.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on the number of mailboxes and how much mail each holds. We give an estimate after you tell us both.
Do staff have to do anything?
Mostly they sign in to the new account and add it to their phone. We give them a short guide.
How much does the move cost?
We state what is covered in the written quote. Tell us your domain, the number of users and where the email lives today.
