It is a good fit when:
- Your team works in the browser and edits the same document together
- You want simple administration without an IT person
- People mostly use Gmail, Calendar, Meet and Drive
- Your team uses a mix of laptops and phones
Where Microsoft 365 tends to fit
It is a good fit when:
- Your team relies on the desktop Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps
- You have large spreadsheets with complex formulas and macros
- Your customers and partners send files in Microsoft formats all day
- You already run Windows servers and Microsoft tools that connect to it
Questions that settle it
Ask what files your team opens most, and what they would hate to change. People tolerate a new email address more easily than new spreadsheet habits.
You can also try both on a few accounts before moving everyone. Moving later is possible, but it costs time, so it is worth choosing with some thought.

Yes, it can open and edit them. Complex formulas, macros and some formatting may not carry over exactly, so test your important files first.
Can we switch later?
Yes, mail and contacts can be moved in either direction. It takes planning, which is why a short trial first is worth it.
Which one is cheaper?
It depends on the plan, the number of users and what each includes. Compare the same plan type, and check whether GST is included in the figure.
Do you sell Microsoft 365?
No. We supply Google Workspace. If Microsoft is the better fit for you, we will say so.
