For a small team, Google Workspace replaces three things at once: email on your own domain, shared calendars and meetings, and a place to keep and share documents.

What a small team gets
As Google describes Business Starter today:
- Email on your own domain, such as name@yourcompany.com
- Calendar and Meet for scheduling and video calls
- Drive for shared files, plus Docs, Sheets and Slides
- 30 GB of pooled storage per person
Decide these before you buy
A few choices are awkward to change later:
- Your domain name, and who owns it. It should belong to the company, not to one employee
- Who will be the admin. Use a company address, not a personal one
- Who gets which address, and which shared addresses you need, such as info@
- Whether anyone needs more than Starter, such as large file storage
When it may not be the right choice
If your team lives in desktop Excel with complex macros, or your customers send you files in Microsoft formats all day, look at Microsoft 365 as well. Google Workspace handles those files, but not every feature carries over.
We say so honestly, because a plan that does not fit costs more than one that does.

We create your accounts, connect them to your domain, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, move email from your old host and set up phones and laptops. The invoice shows GST as a separate line.
Frequently asked questions
How many users do we need to buy for?
One for each person who needs their own mailbox and storage. Shared addresses such as info@ can often be set up as aliases or groups, which we explain during setup.
Is Business Starter enough?
For email, calendar, meetings and everyday documents, usually yes. Tell us what you do and we will say honestly whether you need more.
Can we keep our current email address?
Yes. Your address stays the same, because it comes from your domain. Only the place where the mail is kept changes.
How much does it cost?
Our Starter price is ₹3,765 per user per year plus GST. The quote lists what setup and migration cover.
