The Inventory module covers the daily work of counting and moving goods:
- Products and categories, with multiple warehouses
- Stock in, stock out, transfers between warehouses and adjustments
- Low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions
- Barcode scanning and QR codes for items
From low stock to purchase order
When an item runs low, Zavik suggests a reorder and can create the purchase order from that suggestion. The Procurement module then covers the rest of buying: purchase requests, RFQs, vendor quotations, purchase orders and goods receipts.
Vendors can also work through a separate vendor portal.
Plans and pricing
Inventory and Procurement are included from the Growth tier at ₹280 per user per month, which also adds Finance, Projects and Asset Management. The 5-day trial unlocks all 14 modules so you can test with real items.
