How payroll works, and what it leaves out
Zavik works each person’s salary out from their base salary and the days they were present, on approved leave or on unpaid leave. It then creates payslips, and salary can be paid out through RazorpayX.
It does not calculate PF, ESI, TDS or professional tax. If those deductions are part of your monthly payroll, work out how you will handle them before you choose a tool, and talk to us if you want to go through it.
Price and trial
Plans start at ₹170 per user per month, and HR & Payroll is included in all of them. Paying for 12 months takes 15% off. There is a 5-day free trial with all 14 modules unlocked and no card needed, so you can run a real week of attendance first.
Who it suits
