Language and dialect
Tell us the language, the dialect and how clean the recordings are. We say plainly whether we can put suitable people on it, and we will not claim a language until we have heard your sample.
Review and privacy
Each file is checked by a second person before delivery. We agree who may hear the audio, and sign an NDA, before the first file is shared. Voices are personal data, so tell us before sharing and check with your legal adviser.
How a pilot works
You send a few minutes of audio. We agree a written guide with you, transcribe the sample, and you check it. Only then do we talk about hours of audio.
If the guide needs changing, for example on how to write numbers or mark unclear speech, it is far easier to find that out on a small sample.
