Where Philippine rules change the build
Software for a Philippine employer often has to handle contributions to SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, withholding tax and 13th month pay. The contribution tables change over time, so they should live in editable settings and not in the code.
Do not assume Zavik or any ready-made tool covers Philippine payroll and tax rules. Ask us, and we will check before we say yes. If it needs custom work, we will say so and scope it with you.
Where your data lives
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the National Privacy Commission set the rules for handling personal data in the Philippines. We do not give legal advice, so ask your adviser what applies to you.
Tell us before we choose hosting if your rules say where data may be stored or sent. It is far easier to plan for it at the start than to move a live system later.
How we work across the border
We scope the work in writing, show you progress every week and test before anything goes live. You receive the full source code, and for 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge.

Do you have an office in the Philippines?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in the Philippines. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Can we use Zavik as it is?
Zavik is our own hosted business platform, with HR, sales, finance, inventory and purchasing under one login. Whether it fits your Philippine payroll and tax needs is something we check with you first, not something we assume.
Who owns the software you build for us?
For custom projects you do. Source code ownership is part of what we deliver. Zavik is different: it is our own product, used as a hosted service.
Can the new system connect to our accounting software?
Connections to other tools are something we scope per project, and they depend on what the tool offers. Tell us what you use today and we will say what is realistic.
How much does custom software cost?
