Your own store and the marketplaces
Many sellers already sell on Shopee or Lazada. Your own store is where repeat customers can order without marketplace fees, and where you control the brand. It does not replace the marketplaces overnight, and we will not pretend it brings traffic by itself.
Couriers and cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means returns and unpaid orders, so we set up order statuses that let your team follow each parcel. Tell us which courier you use. We check whether it offers an interface or a file upload for bookings before we promise to connect it.
After launch
You receive the full source code. For 30 days after launch we fix problems at no charge. Search visibility is a separate service, and nobody can honestly promise a position on Google.

Do you have an office in the Philippines?
No. Our registered office is in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India, and we would work with you remotely, over video calls, screen sharing and chat. We have no staff in the Philippines. We would rather say that now than have you find out later.
Do you build on Shopify or WooCommerce, or custom?
Tell us the size of the catalogue and the features you need. We say honestly whether a ready platform or a custom build is the better value for you, and we do not push the more expensive one.
Can customers pay with GCash?
It depends on the payment provider you are approved for. Tell us which one before we quote. We say plainly whether we have used it, and we test in its sandbox before real money moves.
Can we sell on Shopee and our own store from the same stock?
That depends on what the marketplaces allow us to connect to. We check this first and say so before you commit, instead of promising a sync that does not exist.
