Rules that enforce themselves

Smart Contract Development Services in India

A smart contract is a small program on a blockchain that holds money or records and follows rules nobody can bend afterwards. Once it is deployed it cannot be quietly edited, so the real work is getting the rules right before that day.

We write and test smart contracts for businesses in India and abroad, remotely from Chittorgarh.

What we write

Common contracts we build:

  • Escrow and milestone payments, where money is released only when the agreed step is done
  • Token contracts for loyalty points, memberships or digital certificates
  • Approvals that need more than one signer
  • Revenue and royalty splits that pay each party automatically
  • Access and membership rules, connected to a web app

Try it: the rules of an escrow contract

A buyer and a seller agree on ₹50,000 for some work. The contract holds the money and follows fixed rules. Pick who you are, then try each step in any order and see what the contract allows. This is a simulation that runs in your browser. A real contract runs on a blockchain and enforces the same rules.

What the contract did
  • Nothing yet. Try “Deposit” as the buyer, then try “Release payment” as a stranger.

How we make them safe

We write the rules in plain words first, and you approve them before we write code. Then we test every rule, including what happens when the wrong person tries an action or when the inputs are odd.

We deploy to a test network before the real one. For a contract that will hold significant value, we recommend an independent audit by a specialist firm as well, and we will say honestly when that applies.

What a smart contract cannot do

It cannot read the outside world by itself. It needs a trusted data feed to know a delivery arrived or a price changed. It cannot be fixed after deployment unless it was designed to be upgradeable, which adds its own risk.

Users usually pay a small network fee for each action, and it varies by blockchain. Whether a contract is legally enforceable is a separate question for your lawyer.

What we need from you

The rules in your own words: who pays whom, when, and what happens if someone does not deliver. If you cannot yet say what happens when things go wrong, that is the first thing we work out together.

Frequently asked questions

Which language do you write smart contracts in?

Solidity, for Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains. If your project needs a different platform, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can take it on.

Can a deployed contract be changed?

Not normally. That is why we test so carefully first. A contract can be built to be upgradeable, but we only do that when there is a clear reason.

Do you audit contracts written by someone else?

We can read and comment on code. For a high-value contract, an independent audit by a specialist audit firm is the better choice, and we will tell you when that applies.

Who owns the contract code?

You do. We hand over the full source code and the tests.

How much does a smart contract cost?

It depends on how many rules it has and what it connects to. We quote in writing after a call about what you need.
